Frequently Asked Questions

You can purchase items directly through the shop pages.  New and upcoming items will be announced via our instagram page.

Unfortunately we no longer accept commissions.  We like to have fun and be expressive with our ideas and we find comissions keep us from working on awesome new ideas. However, if you have any ideas or suggestions you'd like to share feel free to contact us for a quote or question here.  

The short answer is 30 days. We handle orders in the order they're received but also most of our larger items may take days to print.  Then we have decals to cut, lights to add, holes to drill, things to glue, etc. Items may ship earlier however this ensures you receive a superior product.  We're also not a big factory but a couple of buddies who like making toys. We'll try to get it to you as quickly as possible.  

Once items are completed they are inspected and packaged for delivery. We drop off packages once a week to drop off our bulk packaging.  Hang tight, your package is on the way. 

Unfortunately, items are made out of a PLA plastic and melt under high temperatures. We've had a couple orders end up warped because of the shipping process.  Since we have no control over shipping methods we are unable to deliver overseas at this time.  

Headsculpts are usually designed to fit a particular figure.  Although they can be modified to fit any figure with blue tack or the hot glue method. Some heads may require additional dremeling/drilling to fit your specific body.
